Conditions of Sale

This Bidder Agreement ("Agreement") is made between R&R Auction and the person or entity listed on this page ("Buyer"). Bidder agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement with respect to all sales and auctions conducted by Auctioneer. Bidder acknowledges that additional terms to this Agreement may be posted and/or announced from the auction block and such additional terms are deemed incorporated into this Agreement by this reference and are binding on Bidder.

New Premium

Buyers Premium is 21%. The price paid by online bidder, or phone bidder is the sum of;
(a)Bidder's final bid (hammer price per lot),
(b)A premium of 21% of the hammer price per lot
(c)All applicable sales tax.

Buyer understands and agrees that the 21% buyer's premium per Lot purchased will be automatically included in the final settlement figure, and the buyer will be required to pay all applicable taxes, or other fees levied by any authority.

Restocking Charge

ANY REMAINING ITEMS STILL ON THE PREMISES AFTER TUESDAY WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF R&R AUCTION AND WILL BE RESOLD. YOU WILL RECEIVE A RESTOCKING FEE OF $10 AFTER TUESDAY FOLLOWING THE MONDAY AUCTION. YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM ONLINE BIDDING UNTIL THIS HAS BEEN PAID INCLUDING YOUR OUTSTANDING INVOICE.

Bidders Contract

LOCAL PICK UP - ARIZONA FIREARMS BUYERS
Arizona residents MUST pick-up in person at R&R Auction with a scheduled date of pick up. Details and information will be included on the winning bidders invoice. Any local Arizona Buyer of Post 1898 firearms MUST complete all necessary registration forms at R&R Auction. Local Buyers MUST have a Valid ARIZONA ID with Current Physical Address. If your Arizona ID does not reflect your current address you MUST provide us with a secondary form of ID that contains your correct address. Arizona Gun Dealers must have a signed copy of their Federal Firearms License in order to accept delivery of modern weapons. ANY DENIED BACKGROUND CHECK WILL RESULT IN A REFUND MINUS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.

OUT OF TOWN SHIPPING FIREARMS BUYERS:
Shipping for Out-of-State Buyers must be done through our 3rd Party Shipper Westside Mail Center if deemed not shippable by R&R Auction shipping team. All firearms Post 1898 must be shipped to a valid holder of a Federal Firearms License on ALL Modern Weapons. The full cost of shipping and packing will be at the winning bidders / buyers expense. It is your responsibility to provide Westside Mail Center with the FFL dealer of your choice and they are responsible for sending the 3rd party shipper a copy of their FFL information. FIREARMS UNABLE TO BE SHIPPED TO YOUR STATE WILL RESULT IN A REFUND MINUS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE AND SHIPPING COSTS IF APPLICABLE.

We've Partnered with Westside Mail Center for all of your auction shipping needs. They offer FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS services for most parcels. For those larger items, Packing, Shipping, Crating & Freight services are available. For questions related to shipping please feel free to contact them directly for shipping questions or quotes. Once we have received your payment your purchase will be turned over to Westside Mail Center our exclusive shipping provider. Westside Mail Center will proactively reach out to you to arrange packing, shipping and insurance.

NO STATEMENT (ORAL OR WRITTEN) IN ANY BROCHURE OR CATALOG (ONLINE OR IN PRINT) BY AUCTIONEER OR BY SELLER (OR BY THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS), AT THE SALE OR AT ANY TIME SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS A WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STATEMENTS MADE REGARDING ANY ITEM ARE STATEMENTS OF OPINION ONLY. ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PHYSICAL INSPECTION PRIOR TO SALE, AND BIDDER IS ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT ITEMS PRIOR TO BIDDING.

Payment & Pick Up Info

PAYMENT INFORMATION: ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS FOLLOWING THE END OF AUCTION.
IT IS THE BIDDERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT R&R AUCTION WITHIN 24 HOURS TO MAKE PAYMENT. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE THE DAY OF THE AUCTION WITH A CONVENIENT LINK TO PAY BY PAYPAL OR YOU MAY CALL IN A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. ONCE WE RECEIVE PAYMENT YOUR ITEM WILL MOVE TO SHIPPING STATUS. ANY CREDIT CARD THAT IS DECLINED WHEN CHARGED WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 FEE AND ITEMS MAY BE DEEMED FORFEIT AT AUCTIONEERS DISCRETION. ANY INVOICE NOT PAID MONDAY BY 6PM WILL RECIEVE A $10 LATE FEE
PICK UP NOTICE.. PICK UP DAYS FOR AUCTIONS AT BUILDING ARE SUNDAY 9AM - 1PM AND MONDAY 9AM - 5:45PM. OUT OF STATE BIDDERS INVOICE MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO BE MOVED TO SHIPPING INSPECTION AREA. IF DEEMED CAN BE SHIPPED IN HOUSE YOU WILL GET A LINK VIA SHIPPING SAINT.

Shipping Terms

Shipping Terms: R&R Auction DOES IN-HOUSE SHIPPING. Items purchased that require shipping will be moved to shipping inspection after payment has been received. If deemed by staff they can package your item you will receive a link via Shipping Saint. After the shipping invoice has been sent out you have 7 days to submit payment, if payment is not made within those 7 days the items will be forfeited. WE CANNOT STORE YOUR ITEMS!!! R&R Auction is not responsible for lost stolen or damages items. Claims must be made via shipping link. Depending on the items size, weight, etc, they may be sent to a third-party shipper or require specialty shipping.

SHIPPING:If Item cannot be packaged in-house. Bidders are responsible for arranging a third-party shipper or use Westside Mail Center.
